My Sky Giveaways section does not open

Hi all,

The giveaways section of My Sky does not open. It's as if the link isn't a link and won't even allow you to press it. Other sections within the VIP page do open as expected.

I am also unable to watch anything via Sky Go, not sure if this is related or a separate issue.

I'm on an up to date Samsung S23+ running Android, obviously

Have you checked that you are running the latest version of the MySky app as there was an update recently that was supposed to fix issues like this.

Yes, I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of times. As well as restarting the device in between

Having the same issue on Apple phone, but it's more than just giveaways. Press it and nothing happens. Running latest update as well

I have the same issue on iPhone. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app a few times, restarted the device in between. Giveaways and other sections of the app won't open. When you press on them nothing happens yet some sections do open up. I'm guessing this is a wider issue?
