My Sky App postcode issue

Hi,

 

I had an issue signing my credit agreement for a mobile upgrade.

 

This has now been resolved, but I can no longer access the my sky app and I'm getting the following error when entering my postcode.

An error occurred, please check the details or try again later

 

My account had to be unlinked and relinked and now I can't use the app.

 

I get free cinema tickets etc through the app so need access.

 

Any support would be greatly appreciated

When signed in on Google I get the error but I can access my account.

 

When managing products I get an error saying this page is restricted when trying to view and manage my TV in product settings.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

I have to say, this is a utter shambles.

 

I have been on the phone to the sky team all morning trying to fix this issue.

 

Nobody seems to be able to help, all weekend I have been at this all weekend.

 

I wanted to take my son the cinema with the free tickets today and can no longer access the my sky app.

And still I'm on the phone being passed from pillar to post.

 

Absolutely unbelievable that nobody at sky seems to have the technical ability and knowledge to solve this issue.

I have finally admitted defeat after being passed through to every single department at least 3 times.

 

I will be cancelling everything I have with sky today as I cannot believe they don't have the technical ability to resolve such a minor issue.
