I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra device. I tried opening the My Sky app but it is not progressing beyond the 'Sky' logo.
I have deleted cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. However, I am still facing the same issue.
Can anyone please advice how do I resolve this issue?

I also have an S24 and the same issue. I have waited 10 minutes and managed to get it to load the main page, but then the subsequent pages don't load.
I have also done the same clear and reinstall, but to no avail.
Access to the MySky website works ok, as does the SkyGo app. There are no current reported issues other than these posts, as yet.

Yes, checked that I have the latest Android OS and MySky app.
It was working a day or two ago as well so it has been ok very recently.
