Issue with MySky app - cant click continue

On the app under the banner "My Package" I cant click continue where it says "Renew your contracts" (screenshot below).

 

I have:

- cleared my cache

- uninstalled and installed the app

- restarted my phone 

 

I don't know how to get to this part on the website, can only find it on the app?

 

Any other tips would be helpful

If the button isn't work thenj all you can do is to contact Sky about this by calling or using the social media links at the bottom of this page.
