I can’t get on sky VIP

I have been with Sky years. All my iPad and phones are with them. 

I've called twice, no joy. 

Why can't I ever access Sky vip on the app or by logging in? 

I miss out on all my offers and it's really annoying me.

I have been getting this message for at least a week now. Initially I thought it was an outage, but seems to be a bigger problem.
