Sines I changed my iPhone a few months ago I have been unable to access the Sky VIP section of MySky app. Can you please advise what action I need to take.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat is happening when you try to access it, if you get a blank screen then this is a known fault that has been reported by others on here and Sky have acknowledged this and are working on a fix.

I have had this issue for months. I have called Sky a 3 times and they say its a known issue and they are working in it but it still not working.
The message I get says I cannot join Sky VIP at the moment.
