Hi, I've been with Sky for 3 years, but can't see my products, billing info, VIP , bills and on MyS

 I get the following error.  I've been with Sky for 3 years, but can't see my products, billing info, VIP , bills, etc on MySky app or Website. Any idea what's wrong?

Prior to joining Sky 3 years ago had you been a customer in the past who had left for at least 12 months before returning ?
