Not quite that went but I lots of other error messages for example/ 

click mobile, then for example click iPhone 16 pro max that says " you have a swap update " click that or any of my other contracts it then says " 

Whoops, there’s been an error

Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties.
Please try again later" 

 

that happens on most of the options I can click on that has any importance On the app, internet page and on any device I log into
