Functionality of Website

Cannot change my direct debit details, cannot use piggy bank rewards, cannot use MySwap.

 

Does anyone know if Sky are doing anything about this?

Can see anyone else complaining about this so I guess the issue is local to you

 

Have you tried a different browser? What have you already tried to fix this?

Sky support for Sky+HD and earlier systems has ended, you can still get support if you already have Sky Protect insurance otherwise you'll have to find your own 3rd party company to get support from at your own expense

You haven't said what is happening so have you tried using the MySky app instead if even tried a different web browser ?

Have seen someone mention the direct debit issue from Feb but it is still the same.

 

I have tried different browsers and mobile with the same result....

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
