Denied access

Hello,

everyone I try and access the Sky app features I keep getting access denied. I tried the steps here on the forum and still no luck. 

Anyone else able to resolve this or is it a Sky issue that needs to be sorted??

Are you using a VPN or if your mobile is an iPhone the private relay function. Does it still do it if you reboot your broadband router at the mains or use mobile data instead ?
