Every time I try to do anything on the website relating to my account, new products or upgrades it works fine before I sign in and then as soon as I have done so I get error messages m. Either they say you cannot deal with my enquiry online or that there has been a technical problem.
This has happened constantly since I renewed my broadband with you last year.
I have used my phone, iPad, laptop and desktop and various different browsers. I have used your app as well and it happens on all of them.
i tried WeChat but the chatbot is pointless and useless and will never allow me to get anywhere, let alone contact an actual human.
HELP!

A couple of things to try:
Make sure your details are filled out here including your surname:
https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info
Then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services
If they do not fix this then if you want we could escalate your post to Sky's messaging team via here to see if they can help.

Thanks for the reply.
i have checked both things and both are showing correctly.
so how do i escalate this for Sky to investigate.
it has been happening fo about a year now. I can look at offers, new products etc and upgrade possibilities on the website but as soon as so sign in I get the error message and cannot look at anything.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Rather disappointing that you closed the chat before giving me an answer on how you are going to fix it. Simply telling me to 'phone you' isn't an answer. I work shifts which is why Inwsnt to do this via messaging or email. Please advise how we do this please
