Confirm order not working with ipad

I finish all the steps to order my ipad and then when i click confirm order it doesn't do anything, When i refresh the page it shows for 2 seconds 2 options of direct debit and just a card payment manually, because i have an upfront payment i need to pay for the ipad. But them options dont stay on, I've used a different device to try, i've tried different browsers, i've never had this problem with ordering phones as it let me pay the upfront payment and then confirm order then it's done. Has anyone else had this? i just hate ringing up to order things, i find it way better online.
