Community Forum Responding on Wrong Email Address

I've just had to switch off email responses to forum posts as, somehow, Sky Community is using my restore email (my work email account) for responses to posts. This is despite me being a Sky Email customer, with a Sky email address.  Before anyone tries to 'explain' how the account settings work, there is no area within that which allows me to update my email address. Which should be my Sky customer one, linked to everything else on my account. Utter farce.

You should be able to update your email address via the MySky app or online here:

Community emails go to the email address you provided for the Sky ID you're logged in with. They only go to your Sky Yahoo Mail account if that's what you specified.

Thanks Mark - but I've been a Sky customer for 15+ years and have only had this email address for 3... I didn't specify this email address 👍🏻

Thank-you - that was the page I couldn't find as the Community Account page doesn't have any field for email address! Useless!

That's because the community does not have its own email address and shares the one with your SkyID so no point in duplicating stuff
