I ordered sky glass over the phone

Went to sign credit agreement but can't log in it's gets to postcode and then gets stuck and won't let you go any further this is on the app and website

Have you tried entering your postcode without an gaps in it ?

I have tried all ways to get past the postcode page.
it's stuck.

What are you trying to do, login to an account, place an order or link an ID ?

Trying to log into the MySky app. Asked for email...all good. Asked for password....all good. Asked for postcode.....stuck. Tried all types of letters, spaces...not working. Only way to log in is through a server.
