Can’t get past postcode section on mysky app it says there’s an error

I had ordered my new wifi today and i need the mysky app to view bills etc. 

 

I login with email and password and then it asks me for my postcode but just keeps saying there in an error.

 

I have tried deleting the app and redownloading, putting the postcode in differently like with a space and without and nothing will work
