Can't buy from sky store.

Tried several times to buy a phone and plan online. Everything goes smoothly, bank authorises payment and then nothing.  Trying to get through to a sky rep is next to impossible.  Finally got through to one at 6.45pm to be told that department is closed and to call back between 9am and 7pm...  like, wtaf? 🤷

Websites glitches do get reported on hete so call will be the only way to get the order placed.
