Can’t access MySky app.

Hi. I have been unable to access the MySky app for a long time now & had given up, but surely there is a solution?

Message: "Your account is not authorised to access the my app".

I tried the call centres a while back & they even changed my sky ID, but still no luck. 

I'm using an I phone, no vpn or private relay & must have installed/uninstalled/cleared cache etc a million times. 

I can access the normal website though - however I am blocked from accessing my message inbox! 

 Can anyone assist?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 9pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
