Authentication required

I'm watching the live game on the sky sports mobile app (android), but when I click on the highlights it tells me "Authentication required. Due to changes made to your account, we require you to log in again".

I've made no changes to my account. I've logged out and back in four times now, and it still gives me the same error.

This seems to have started since the app updated as before the latest update, I could access the highlights.
