Apple Tv won’t connect

Having spent 45mins on the phone to Apple, whilst watching Apple TV trailers on my laptop, I too can confirm it's Sky's problem....

6:45pm been trying to connect for ages no luck, can login on iPad and if I use the TV's (Samsung) app rail - so defo a Sky issue as Netflix, Amazon are ok.
