Account is not authorised for the app

I previously had full access to the Sky app for my account however I went to access it and I am getting the message 'your account is not authorised to access the my sky app' but I can access everything perfectly online

You will have to contact Sky about this so I would suggest using social media as there are links at the bottom of the page along with Facebook Messenger that you can use to contact Sky on about this,
