Accessing Disney+ subscription via ipad

I am trying to access my Disney+ subscription via the Disney+ app on my ipad but it is saying that I do not have a subscription when i am entering in my email address that is linked to my Sky subscription.  I have contacted one of the Sky agents and they initially said that I could access it on my ipad but then said this was done via the Sky Go app but that only gives you access to Sky channels and not the Disney+ subscription.

Anyone have an idea of how to get around this without having to pay for a seperate subscription with Disney+ just to watch the channels on an ipad?

Worth double checking the email address you used when you linked your Sky and Disney + accounts together to verify it is definitely the same one that you use for Sky, as it is possible to link to an existing Disney + account or a Disney+ account with a different email address.

Hi, new to Sky and am trying to access all the apps included with my package, Disney+, Hayu, HBO ect on my ipad but am completely stumped, can anyone help please?

It should just the case of signing in to each app on your iPad using the credentials for each app that you linked to your Sky account. Each app should have its own different combination of username/email and password depending on what you used when you created each account.
