Access denied

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I’ve just received an email informing me that there is a response to a posting, on another group. However, when I click the link “

view the message”, enter my log in details I get an access denied page. Any suggestions?

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.
Sky Ultimate and whole home, Diamond VIP User
BT Hybrid FTTC, BT Smart Hub 2 + 1 disc

@bayardm  Is this in connection to the Sky Forum?   Or another external site?  If the latter it's not really a Sky issue but most likely an incorrect link or the post being moved.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have made another one then as @GD1 has said it was probably taken by the spam filter in error so should be reinstated tomorrow by a Community Manager.
