unable to use sky email not receiving messages not possible to send messages
My sky email was hacked lst week. changed password. now can't send messages annd no incoming messages since 2.10.22

We have had the same issue since the 6th Oct, so will watch updates in this trail.

Are you using an app or client, or do you access your email via Sky.com? What happens when you try to send an email? Error message?

For us sending works but we have not received anything for days. Using iOS and Windows. Not error message received from our sending address when we try

If you login here:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
And go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address, if there is any email address in the reply to box that you do not recognise remove it. Then go back to the menu on the left and select Filters and reoe anything here that you have not setup.
