For no reason i can find, my Sky e-mail has set up two factor sign in. I have used the supplied recovery code and get the message that if i want to use two factor sign in I will have to set it up again. This is using phone or desktop. However, no matter what I have tried, my email ALWAYS reverts to two factor sign in, I tried calling Sky helpline but they couldn't help. For a number of reasons, there have been times I've not been able to access my e-mail, which has nearly caused my problems.
Any ideas apart from ditching Sky?
