hi, trying to login to my Yahoo sky email account which I use all the time, but receiving message saying, problem with account, I was actually logged in when this happened, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong, thanks

Does it say anything else other than there is an issue with your account, like is there a phone number to call ?

I have exactly the same problem, started about a month or so ago. I do use Sky.com email and it is my main email, so the problems are not really appreciated.
The email works, but there are constant problem to log in! Forstly I have it on a laptop and a Pixel phone, I do have a box ticked to remember my credentials, but on a website this doesn't work.
Moreover I am constantly promped to cjange a password! And I am afraid to report this doesn;t solve the problem as very next attemt to log is results in the same request to change the password!
Something had happened a couple of mnths ago.
The tick "Keep me logged in on this device" did work a month ago.
I do use same email on my phone, and now the prone became a prime devoce! However I am still prompted to log in even there! I sus pect there were problems and these new log in problems were the result of it. Please advise what can be done [content removed]

Most likely these are device specific issues. Remembering your username is achieved by your browser setting a cookie on your device, so if you delete cookies or use your browser's incognito/privacy mode it won't work. So far as I'm aware Sky doesn't prompt you to change your password- certainly, probably unwisely, I haven't changed my Sky password,for years.

Actually, not the same problem at all, so probably a good idea to start your own thread.
However, how are you accessing the emails on the phone? Is is via an app, and if so what one.

I do not think it is a device specific issue, as I didn;t have this issue before. I had Yahoo email, and now it became "Sky" with sky colours and despite the tick is there, it is completely ignored by the logging in process and I need to do manual logginh EVERY TIME! I open my laptop. I do use Firefox browser and always done it. I do have AVAST also for ages, I say the problem hd started once the blue colours of Yaboo were changed by red colours of SKY! If that helps, sorry, I posted my problem again as I bever saw the answers or never they arrived to my email.

Sorry, just saw your reply today.. I do not have priobem with email app on my phone! The problem had started once the Yahoo email appearance had changed to Sky red appearance!!
However every now and then I am asjed to log into sky email on my phone too, despite this being and app. I have Googe Pixel ohonem not sure if this make any difference of not.
But the "STAY LOGGED IN" is always ticked on both phone and laptop!!!

I'v no idea what that means, Sky mail has looked pretty muc h the same for as long as I can remember.
