sky useless help

Can anyone tell me why sky make things so akward ? This is a delibirate policy to hack us of i`m with another broadband provider however as i kept my e-mail address i`m still BEHOLDING to sky. They have changed 2 step verifaication TWICE without my permission nor telling me ! They do not have any interest in giving online help . I have a recovery code but they won`t tell me how to use it .So sky if you read this let us know in simple terms how to go back to using password only. Simple request ?

@conandun I'm not Sky, but the simple answer is that you can't.

 

2 step verification is now mandatory (again).
