my email address [content removed] isn't working and won't accept my password, telling me it can't verify it. Which is the same password I use to log into the Sky website.
Is that now a defunct email address that has now been replaced with Yahoo?

No, if you had an email address then it should still work.
When did you last log into it ?

If you haven't logged into it for a few years then it could well have been closed as Sky does this to email accounts that people do not login to. To see if this is the case you are going to have to call them about it but I do think this is what has happened with your account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs it was that long ago, I'm afraid the likelihood is that it has been closed. Sky's policy is to close accounts for which there has been to login for a while - 6 months, I think.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf, when logged into Sky, you select Yahoo Mail from the drop down menu under your name, it should take you to your mail box. If it gives another message the account has probably been deleted.

If you are using a microsoft client you may need to generate a one time password as MS does not like the newer gmail account authentication. Type Sky Generate One Time Password in your browser and you should get the link.
