i use my email 6 times or more a day. ive had it nearly 20 years. i fire up outlook and i get the enter your password message. its the same on my phone asks for password. i input the password and it says its wrong???
does this mean i have been hacked and the pass changed or has yahoo decided i dont want my email?
i tried the forgot pass route , it asks my surname and 1st street. then tell me i am incorect??
i phoned sky 3 times and 3 times i was told some one will phone me back.
the sky acount is now in my partners name and it does not let you add email to account ( tried years ago) our account is over 10 years running and says Platinum VIP member.
i have spent weeks changing emails on various accounts to my google one, but every other day i find another 15 hoops i need to jump through.
i am that mad about this i am seriously going to bin sky for ever, this is destroying my life.
