recurring warning message from Sky
I keep receiving an email from Sky saying - Important Announcement
"You have a new voice message on your mail, "eg last one was Fri 23 August 2024
Then I am told to PLAY VOICE MESSAGE - this is a link to click on
Its signed by [name removed]
I dont want to click on it before I can know its genuine.
I was with Sky - but happy that I was transferred to Sky Yahoo mail. So is this my old Sky account? I am confused, and concerned that my email will be deleted
Please advise me

I highly doubt it is genuine for a few reasons, firstly I doubt it addresses you by your actual first names as legit emails from Sky would do and I highly doubt that whoever [name removed] she will be sending you emails. And finally if you are not a Sky Mobile customer why would you be sent this ?
