I have been sent 2 emails (from different people) and I can't find them in my sky email I've checked in the junk and spam folders and they aren't there. One of them was sent to me yesterday and today with appointment details and other is important. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening and what I could do to find them. i've used iphone and laptop.

We've seen previous posts suggesting Sky block emails from some domains - Hotmail was one, I think. Like all providers they also have filters to detect and block what they identify as spam. It might help if you can ask the,specific senders what the 'bounce' message says, if they receive one.
