Help please - e mails from a regular e mail contact no longer being received

Are you able to tell us what error message they're seeing in the bounce message reporting non-delivery?

Many thanks for the contact - I don't get anything - all other e mail senders are received OK

It's the sender who would get the bounce message explaining the reason for non-delivery.
