many emails being received as codes on my pc.

about a month or 2 ago, my emails via my pc's windows app for mail and calendar, started coming through in code and therefore illegible.

when emails come through with pictures, they are ok.

emails that have no pictures appear like below - this is just a snippet of an email. and most of my emails now are like this.    can anyone please advise if this is something i can fix?

It has been mentioned a few times on the forum, and elsewhere.

It seem to be some incompatability between Windows 10/11 Mail and Yahoo. The only solution (at the moment) appears to be  to use a different email client/app.

I can see them all ok on my phone; so for now I will read them on there then or directly on the yahoo mail on chrome.

Microsoft have been promising a new Mail app for Windows for sometime. Hopefully, when it arrives it will not have the same problem.

I have a similar issue and find it most frustrating. Please can someone confirm when this will be sorted?

I doubt anyone here can do that as it doesn't appear to be something Sky can fix. For now, you might need to use a different email app or client.
