inbox void of new mail

One Sky e-mail inbox is not recieiving new mail

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:

I cannot see the "other" assosiated causes applying.  Because I have several Sky e-mail addresses working fine with the Sky/Yahoo link.

This seems to have ocurred since a hacking attempt. I have changed passwords, have set up 2 factor security & been through the removal process for non approved users on the account. E -mails I heve sent between mail accounts are fine but the one in question is not.

Yahoo are refering me to  Sky & the answers I get here have not resolved the problem. Where is the missing "trick", anyone?

Accounts don't get hacked as access is gained when the login details are given via a make web link, so did you do you look at the settings I posted for you ?

It's not entirely obvious what you are saying.😕

If you have multiple Sky emails, but one is not working, just forget the ones that do work, all Sky emails are completely separate.

If your account has been compromised, it's likely Yahoo has blocked it, but they won't deal with us. so it has to go via Sky.

 

You say you had an attempted "hacking "attempt. If it didn't succeeded there should be no problem, so could you give us more details?
