help with email
i cant get on to see my emails, it tells me its sending me a code to verify my account but its sending the code to the wrong number and wont let me chang my number because it says it needs to send a code to the wrong number in order to change it. but stuck at the minute.

@NigelB1 it's sending the Verification Code to the number you entered when you set up 2 step verification.
You can use your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step verification, providing you kept a separate note of it as Sky recommended.
If you didn't make a note of it, you'll have to call Sky. After confirming your identity, they'll be able to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf. It may take a while.
