How do you access your emails, do you login to the Sky website is so try clearing your web browsers cache then close down the browser before trying again.

 

If this doesn't work see if using an alternative browser fixes it for you,

Changing from Chrome to Edge solved the problem but not sure why it happened in the first place?

Did you try clearing Chrome's cache ?

Any advice on how to do that? Other applications working fine in chrome eg bank

Go to settings then type in cache and clear whatever you want. You should be able to leave the login one ticked.
