This is all i get whan trying to log into my email account after clicking fix problem. this is on all my devices and online web access

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou could try changing your password. If that doesn't resolve it, you'll have to call the number shown and cross your fingers that the adviser knows the process for fixing it. In my experience not all advisers do.
