blocking emails
I have blocked 1,000 email addresses. Have I reached a limit set by Yahoo as the option to block no longer appears in "more"?

Possibly so if you are blocking spam
emails then it is pretty pointless doing this as the sending email address is usually faked so blocking one does mean the spam might stop. You would be far better of reporting every spam
email that ends up in your inbox so the system learns to automatically dump these emails in the junk folder.

As @caesarome says, if you are trying to block spam you are wasting your time.
