Yahoo mail

For months the emails on my yahoo phone app have been going into the trash folder instead of my inbox. How can I resolve this?

cheers

@Gayle55

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.

@Gayle55

You say this is happening on the yahoo mail app.

Do you possibly also get your emails on any other devices?

In that case, have you checked for any filters, as per @caesarome's post?

Unfortunately you really need to use a desktop browser to get to the settings, however if you only have a phone, use desktop mode on your mobile browser.
