I am unable to receive an OTP from Amazon to my yahoo email, does anyone know why?

Thanks for your help, however have spoken to Amazon and because there no mobile number registered only the email address and they can't add the mobile number 🤷♀️ they've told us to speak to yahoo, more chance of getting rocking horse poop 🤣

Hi thanks for your help, however we know it's going to the email but Amazon has suspended the account and the only way to reset the password is with the OTP and this is the email we are not receiving, we are just going round in circles! Thanks anyway but looks like we need to speak to Sky/yahoo.

I really don't think they are going to be able to help. If your Amazon account has been suspended, only Amazon will be able to unsuspend it..
I do wonder if maybe your accounts have been compromised, so check under your email account to see if these emails are being blocked/filtered.
In Sky|Yahoo email go to Settings - More settings - Filters and Security & Privacy to see if any changes have been made. Also check that no alternate "reply to" address has been setup If they have, correct them and change your password.

The problem is, Amazon are sending OTP emails to change the password but we're not receiving them, any other type of email from Amazon are coming through ok just not the one to change the password 🤷♀️
