Yahoo email cannot change default name

My husbands name keeps on popping up on my old sky email. I have my own email with my name but my husband pops up as default name - I've tried and tried to change in both sky and yahoo settings but there is no option. Help please

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address.

You should then be able to change the display name here if it is wrong so remember to hit the save button after doing this.

If you login to your account (using a desktop browser) and go to Settings - More settings - Mailboxes and select your Sky mailbox you will find an option to set "Your name".

Hi, thanks for the advice,, my name comes up correctly in my sky account. I have tried changing in my yahoo account but there are no options to change the default name. There is a settings option but not a more settings option.

@NotNigel your images look like they're from a mail app, perhaps the Yahoo Mail app. To make this change you need to log in via Sky's website,  using the link in @caesarome's post.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I checked this on my sky account and my name is correct, so cannot understand why my partners name heads up as my default name in my email

@NotNigel you need to follow the precise instructions given in @jayach's and @caesarome's previous posts. The problem you're having is specific to Sky Yahoo Mail. It's not related to your Sky account 

To repeat what you need to do:

1. Log in via: www.sky.com/signin/email

2. Go to Settings > More settings > Mailboxes and select your Sky mailbox.

3. You can then change "Your name".

As you appear to be doing this in a mobile make sure you are accessing the link in desktop mode as settings > more settings should appear under your name at the top right of the page.

Thank you I was not seeing the options on my phone but when I moved to desktop they were there. Thanks both for clear advice and help 👍
