Yahoo access denied error 288

Hi

I have very basic understanding, tearing my hair trying to understand the issue with my windows computer access to yahoo emails. Access Denied don't have permission to access "http://sayid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH/0856922/288_Error.html" on this server. I am struggling to contact sky, using my skytalk get cut off very confused any help would be so much appreciated.

Are you using a VPN?

Looking at the McAfee VPN settings looks as if I am.

I have changed the turn on VPN section to when I turn it on is that what I should do.

I'm not familiar with McAfee, but it should give you the option of turning off the VPN.
