Why is Sky not allowing me to view my existing Yahoo mail?

Just tried logging in to check my Yahoo mail account, only to see the alert that it's not possible to create new accounts.

I don't want a new account, I would like to view the emails sent to my account that has existed for several years.

When you click 'continue', as this is the only option provided, it then takes you back to the home page, with no advice on how to access existing Yahoo mail accounts.

Having the same issue here and can't find any answers anywhere.

The only way I've been able to get into my email was from sky.com homepage, then in the top right where it says your name, click that and scroll down to Yahoo mail 🙄

Same here.Apparently there have been issues wuth yahoo email for days so looks like it is now affecting Sky aswell

Yes.i just tried it and its ok through community website but not main sky website.Thankyou very much
