I have a question about follow up emails
in the last couple of days I have apparently sent 3 follow up emails to 3 different accounts. I didn't want this to happen and I cannot find where on my account I can stop this
any help gratefully received

Hi yes they are exactly the same email, I get notifications saying I have sent a follow up email because there hasn't been an answer to the first

I think we need more details on what these follow up emails contain, are they the same as you sent previously for example ?

It sounds like something the email app or client you're using is doing. Check the app's settings.
You could confirm that it's the app by logging in to your email account via Sky.com, sending a message from there, and checking that no follow up is subsequently sent.

How do you read and send emails @Vivienne51 , do you use an app, if so which one or do you go to the Sky website and login to your account this way ?
