Verifying a return email address .
I was hacked a few weeks ago and deleted my return email address by mistake. I have put it back in but I need to get it verified but don't know how to get into the account? I am not computer savvy. This is a nightmare for me.

Have you gone to this email address as you should have been sent an email to it and if so you will need to click the link in it to verify it.

I don't even know who/what this email address is. I said I wasn't computer savvy its taken me until today to find your reply!

Is this to do with your Sky email account as you return email address should be the same Sky email address so try this:
Login to your online account:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings (the nut like icon at the top right of the page) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
