Verification code

I can't log into my sky yahoo email account because they want a verification code which should go to my phone number but I can't get into anything from my phone number to my sky yahoo email account

We have answered this so many times fior you so please read our replies.

Select the "can't sign in either code link" and enter your recovery code that you should have made a note of to turn this off.

I'm guessing that unfortunately she hasn't got a Recovery Code.

I had the same issue. Suggest that you ring Sky but asked to be put through to the Technical dept. The staff that will initially answer your call won't/can't help you. Took me 6 conversations with them and registering 2 complaints before it got sored. That took 5 weeks! Good luck. 🤞🤞🤞

I have not been able to login to my sky yahoo emails for over two months but last night it came back on with out the verification code then it vanished and I couldn't login again

What do you mean by that? Is it asking for a code again?
