How do I recover my verification code as I can no longer get in to my phone as I changed to an eSIM but they shut down emails before I could action I now can't receive texts call out or receive calls as I can't remember my recovery code and I am desperate as I need my phone for my elderly relatives to contact me and they are getting stressed because they can't call me.
