Unable to sing in to my email.

I am currently in India and trying to sign into my Sky Yahoo! email account. However, I am unable to receive the verification code on my phone number because my SIM card is registered in the UK. Additionally, I have forgotten my recovery code, making it difficult to regain access to my account through the usual recovery methods. As a result, I am unable to access my email account. I have attempted to find a solution by exploring different verification methods within the account settings, but I have been unsuccessful. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue and regain access to my email account despite my current location and the registered SIM card being from the UK.

I'm afraid if you're not receiving the Verification code and don't have a note of the Recovery Code,  there's no way to access your email to our knowledge.

Do you have an email app installed on your device that you could setup your Sky email account, if so does using these settings work for you:

Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:
