I have been trying today to get to my emails but all i keep getting is an error message.

You don't have permission to access on this server.

Also i can not get to see some emails that come through when I am on my computer email.
The emails do not make sense to me.

These types of email have been quite a lot recently. I am not too sure what to do. I have to go on my yahoo/sky email to be able to read them, but now i can't read any of them because my access has been denied
Can someone get back to me as i am waiting for an important email.
