Unable to Receive Text Verification Code

Hi.

 

I am attempting to login to my sky/yahoo email account - however, when it sends a verification code to my mobile number, I never receive it?

 

What is the best way to resolve this?

Is it sending it to the correct number so the one you used to set it up with ?

 

To turn it off all you need to do is to sign in with the recovery code that you ticked the onscreen box when setting this up to say that you had made a note off.

@Sta1 the last three digits of the mobile number the Verification Code is sent to are displayed on screen when you try to log in.
