Two Step Verificationis activated but not by me

Two Step verification seems to be activated on my account in the last few days.  I have not activated this, and the number the code is being sent to is not mine.  I dont have a recovery code as I haven't set it up. Has anyone else had this issue?

It could be that someone has gained access to your account, this could have happened if you have responded to any of the fake "update your account" emails that are going around.

 

Either way you will need to call Sky on this as apparently they have some people that might be able to help, the only issue is getting through to the correct people.
